Unfortunately, although the restaurant was almost empty, we were turned away due to a lack of staff. Few dishes and few guests. With the long ascent you should consider whether you are taking the risk. Also very impolite!

We were completely ignored after entering the restaurant and when asked whether a table was still available, the owner / landlord turned us on. Left immediately. Something like this has really never happened to us. Not recommendable!

No greeting. Complete ignorance for 5 minutes. Wanted to sit outside, but weren't allowed to, even though seats were free. Then get a table in the aisle, peppered the menu. You don't want to enjoy good food in comfort. We didn't stay.

We spent a nice evening here. The food was delicious and the view of the setting sun over Sebnitz priceless, almost a little too romantic 😉. The waiter, a one-of-a-kind, was friendly and always had a nice saying on his lips. It was really nice at your place. Thank you.

Yes nice! But where do 4.6 points come from ?! We came here because of the rating! The waiter, a taciturn who took some getting used to, we say slightly unfriendly, assigned us a table! Which didn't put us off, because that could also mean that the chef is particularly good here! The grill plate, the most expensive dish on the menu, was a children's plate! Point! The rump steak was nice! Medium doesn't exist here! The fried potatoes ... Nope! You ask me for my opinion! That is her! We were hungry! Just got full! The head waiter looked from the terrace with a smile where we came from. It's a shame that the license plate doesn't always reveal who is inside! The view was nice!

Unfortunately we could not find out what the food was like. The waiter / owner was so rude that we really left the place shortly after entering.

The Bergkeller is one of the last really authentic restaurants. Always fresh, always good ingredients and always local ...! This also applies to the drinks. Service always top no matter whether junior or senior does the service! The view over Sebnitz is also great. The mountain cellar is one of the last remaining memories of how gastronomy once was and unfortunately is no longer today! Thanks that you still exist!
